Mirzoyan emphasized the importance of signing the peace agreement as soon as possible

On September 23, in New York, during the 79th session of the UN General Assembly, RA Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan met with the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Malta's Minister of Foreign and European Affairs and Trade, Ian Borg.
Issues related to OSCE activities and decisions under Malta's presidency within the organization's framework were discussed. The current security situation and processes in the South Caucasus were also mentioned.
Reaffirming the Armenian side's interest in establishing stability in the South Caucasus, Ararat Mirzoyan emphasized the importance of not supporting artificial obstacles to the conclusion of the peace agreement and signing the agreement quickly.
