"Armenia should not withdraw its signature from the tripartite declaration." Kocharian

Andranik Kocharyan, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Defense and Security of the National Assembly, commented on why Armenia does not withdraw its signature from the November 9 document.

"No, it should not be taken so that at some point it will be possible to get a road map of solutions for the remaining problems, which are pending, through diplomatic means, in which the possibility of the return of Artsakh Armenians can also be seen. They left because the other two parties to the contract did not fulfill their obligations. That contract has enough potential," he said.

Kocharyan also noted that the Zangezur road issue is being resolved within the framework of the Peace Treaty and from the perspective of developing our security system.
