Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced that we all have speed-related problems in the country.
"We do two things quickly: driving and eating. Everything else is slow," he said, adding that the government also moves and thinks slowly. "We are moving slowly. As a government, we move slowly, the ministries move slowly, and we think slowly."
According to the Prime Minister, we lag behind because we are slow. "We lag behind the modern world because we are slow. Our running is also slow, and our walking is also slow, except for driving and eating."
According to him, speed is needed. "Speed is about professionalism."
