Addressing why high-ranking guests from Russia do not participate in the "Yerevan Dialogue" international conference, Foreign Ministry Secretary General Davit Karapetyan said that Armenia has invited all partners.
"It would be correct to ask that question to the Russian side. We have sent invitations to all our partners," he said, adding that no one has rejected them.
Karapetyan said the Turkish side was also invited to participate in the conference. He said that this platform touches on issues affecting Armenia and the entire region.
