"The entire text of the peace treaty is technically and factually agreed upon." Mirzoyan

RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan stated that the last text of the peace treaty proposed to Azerbaijan is a fully agreed-upon text. "They are either articles that were wholly agreed upon before or those parts of the articles that were already managed to be decided upon. Technically and practically, the entire text has been agreed upon from end to end, and we proposed signing what was agreed upon during this time."

According to him, there are no more disagreements about the text. "Another thing, you know, sometimes the Azerbaijani side tries to include other preconditions and problems in the negotiation process, and our approach is to sign the agreed text days before, minutes before."

According to the minister, 13 of the 16 articles of the contract have been fully agreed, 3 - partially. "The preface is also a separate piece," he said, commenting on why Nikol Pashinyan informed about the 17 articles. According to Mirzoyan, he probably also meant the preface.
