Ararat Mirzoyan congratulated the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, congratulated the newly appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andrii Sibiga, on that position.
"I expect our involvement and cooperation in further developing relations between Armenia and Ukraine," wrote Ararat Mirzoyan in his X microblog.
Mirzoyan also thanked Dmitry Kuleba, the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, for the "constructive cooperation" of these years.
