Iran's Ambassador to Armenia Mehdi Sobhani said in response to "Sputnik Armenia" that the date of the "3+3" format meeting of foreign ministers in Turkey has been decided.
"There is a clear deadline; it will be announced through diplomatic channels," he said.
The ambassador also noted that Iran is against the control of the road connecting Azerbaijan to Nakhichevan through Syunik by representatives of other countries. "We are in favor of what is happening under Armenia's sovereignty. Any control should be from Armenia, and we are against other countries coming here and trying to establish some security and control."
He reaffirmed that the territorial integrity of Armenia is a "red line" for Iran. "The dreams that some people see about Armenia, including the so-called "corridor," will not come true," the ambassador said.
