"We are close to the peace agreement, and we must go that way," Andranik Kocharyan, deputy of the KP faction, said in a briefing with journalists today, commenting on the 20% of issues that have not yet been agreed upon.
According to Kocharyan, the sooner the agreement is signed, the better. "Of course, many people will say that this agreement does not solve the issue. That agreement gives a prospect of achieving peace," he said.
To recall, the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, announced that almost 80% of the text of the peace treaty has already been agreed upon by Azerbaijan and Armenia.
