"In case of a positive decision of the Supreme Court, there will be a substantive discussion in the National Assembly." Prime Minister

RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan informed at the government session that among the non-reportable issues, the law on approving the regulation of border demarcation commissions was adopted. Now, it will be sent to the Constitutional Court.

Pashinyan clarified that before sending it to the CC, he did not want to hold an extended discussion on this topic in the government session. "In case of receiving the positive decision of the CC, the matter will go to the National Assembly for ratification, and there, perhaps, a more detailed discussion will take place. We did not consider it reasonable to have an extended discussion on this issue in the government session before sending it to the CC," he added, "And in the case of a negative position, it's a completely different story."
