Minister of Justice Grigor Minasyan referred to the process of constitutional amendments, noting: "It is a new idea, a new thought that we will discuss, the Council will decide." According to him, there is a preliminary perception that the constitutional referendum will occur in 2027.
"Until then, we must have enough average time to analyze in detail through public discussions, working with the professional community, the Council itself, because they are involved in various projects by hiring experts.
We have issues we have already voted on and discussed, but we also have much work to do. It can be said that tomorrow a new start is given for the discussion of the new Constitution and, by the way, new ideas," he said, noting that it was proposed to discuss specific articles that can be changed without a referendum.
