The regulation of the joint activity of the border demarcation commissions of Armenia and Azerbaijan has been published. The RA draft law on its ratification is included as the first reported issue on the agenda of the upcoming government session.
After the government approves the document, the Constitutional Court determines its constitutionality. Only after the Supreme Court's decision is made can the regulation be submitted to the National Assembly and ratified by the Parliament.
The document must be authenticated in Azerbaijan as well.
It should be noted that the commissions' regulations were included in the government session to be held on September 5.
To recall, on August 30, the demarcation commissions signed the regulation on joint activities, and the start of implementing domestic procedures was announced.
