"I am waiting for the old Armenian political autumn. Like all previous political autumns, I don't see the need and opportunity to wait for anything," said Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, answering the question about what autumn he is waiting for.
He spoke about the constitutional amendments, stressing that it is fundamental that the mother law should be an agreement reached between citizens about the nature and essence of the state: "And that the citizens adopt the Constitution in a free, fair, and transparent vote."
