There is no reason for RA to withdraw its signature from that agreement. Pashinyan
Why should we withdraw our signature because we do not fulfill our obligations? Are we avoiding it? There is no such thing. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that, referring to point 9 of the tripartite statement.
"All such comments are wrong. There is no place that RA has signed, and it is written there that RA should not only lose its sovereignty over any of its territories but also be degraded in any way. The only subject of point 9 of the tripartite statement of November 9 is RA, which should provide communication, it provides communication, there is no user of that communication," he said.
