"Regional communications were not opened due to the comments of several Russian partners, which have nothing to do with the logic of the document and contradict it. Moreover, those comments mostly contradicted the wording of the Russian President's decree of November 10, 2020," said RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, referring to the statements of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov that RA is sabotaging the 9th point of the tripartite declaration.
He said, "We are ready to open the roads tomorrow." He assured us that RA would be ready to communicate with Nakhichevan and Azerbaijan. "Yes, we are ready, and we have said so." He added that in this context, no circumstances related to the Republic of Armenia's sovereignty, jurisdiction, or territorial integrity can be in doubt.
