Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan congratulated the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, on Independence Day. The message says:

Relations between Armenia and Ukraine are based on the centuries-old friendship and mutual respect of our two peoples, enhanced by activating contacts at different levels.
I sincerely hope our joint efforts will contribute to the continuous development of relations between Armenia and Ukraine and raise mutually beneficial cooperation to a qualitatively new level.
