"We held the fifth round of negotiations in the border zone of Turkey and Armenia, in the morning on the Armenian side, in the afternoon on the Turkish side," he wrote and announced: "We discussed all aspects of the settlement process and the possibilities of further progress with constructive mutual understanding."
