Ruben Rubinyan, the special representative of the settlement process between Armenia and Turkey, referred to the meeting with Serdar Kilic.
"I had a good meeting with Serdar Kilic at the Armenia-Turkey border. Previously reached agreements were reaffirmed, and new confidence-building measures were agreed upon, including the assessment of technical requirements that would allow the operation of rail connections between our countries," he wrote on his "X" microblog.
