A little while ago, in connection with the decisions made by the ministers of foreign affairs of the EU Council, RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan said:
"We greatly welcome the historic decisions made by the EU at the level of foreign ministers regarding the provision of assistance to Armenia under the European Peace Instrument and the launch of the visa liberalization dialogue.
This is a significant milestone in the RA-EU partnership, deepening based on shared values and principles and a vision of stability, peace, and prosperity.
I sincerely thank my colleagues from the EU institutions and member states."
