I was saddened to learn about the death of Nguyen Phu Chong. Pashinyan expressed his condolences to the Prime Minister of Vietnam
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a telegram of condolence to the Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Pham Minh Chinh, on the death of the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Nguyen Phu Trong. It is said in the condolence telegram.
"I was saddened to learn about the death of Nguyen Phu Trong, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Mr. Nguyen Phu Trong has invested a lot of effort in strengthening and prospering Vietnam. I am sure his good name and memory will remain bright in people's memories.
On behalf of the Armenian people and the government of the Republic of Armenia, I express my deepest condolences and support to you and the friendly people of Vietnam, wishing you patience and strength of spirit."
