Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz in Blenheim Palace.
The interlocutors emphasized the consistent development of political and economic cooperation between Armenia and Germany and the implementation of consistent steps in that direction.
Reference was made to the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Prime Minister Pashinyan presented the principal positions of the Armenian side regarding the border demarcation process and the possibilities of unblocking regional infrastructures.
Issues related to the humanitarian problems of people forcibly displaced from Nagorno Karabakh and the steps to solve them were discussed. Prime Minister Pashinyan presented details of the long-term plans implemented by the RA government and planned shortly, including the housing security program. The parties also emphasized the international community's continued support in addressing the needs of the forcibly displaced.
The interlocutors also referred to the further development of Armenia-European Union cooperation.
