The main condition for the signing of a permanent peace treaty between Baku and Yerevan is the abolition of territorial claims against Azerbaijan, as stipulated by the Armenian Constitution.
This was announced by Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, speaking at the unofficial summit of the heads of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States held in Shushi.
