The EU delegation in Armenia congratulated Armenia on the occasion of the Constitution Day.
"The EU supports Armenia's democracy, sovereignty and territorial integrity. As a key partner in Armenia's reforms, we express our firm support for democratic reforms, the rule of law, and the protection of human rights," the message reads.
