Quoting the first article of the RA Constitution, French Ambassador to Armenia Olivier Decotigny wrote in his X microblog: The Republic of Armenia is a sovereign, democratic, social, and legal state.
"July 5 of this year marks the 29th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of independent Armenia," wrote Olivier Decotigny.
