The Prime Minister received the Secretary General of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received Secretary General of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization Lazăr Comănescu.

The Prime Minister noted that Armenia, which took over the presidency of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization on July 1, emphasizes the consistent development of cooperation between member states in various economic spheres.

Nikol Pashinyan emphasized the organization's role in expanding regional cooperation and added that the RA government is interested in developing connections in transport, energy, telecommunications, and other directions.

According to Lazăr Comănescu, they had practical discussions with the RA government colleagues to outline and implement the priorities during the organization's presidency.

The interlocutors exchanged ideas on the RA government's "Crossroads of Peace" project, the construction process of the North-South highway in Armenia, and issues related to regional economic cooperation.
