Baku did not respond to the proposal to create a joint investigation mechanism. Grigoryan
Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan stated that Baku must still respond to RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's proposal to create a joint investigation mechanism.
Referring to the messages of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan about the violation of the ceasefire regime by the Armenian side, he said: "Armenia, of course, is worried about such reports because it is clear that the Armenian side has taken no steps toward escalation. In other words, there were no shots. We are worried that such fake news is being spread. To solve the problem, we proposed that Azerbaijan create a joint investigation mechanism between relevant departments. It can be the investigative committee or another body. That way, we and the international community will have reliable information. Baku has not responded to this day."
