US Deputy Secretary of State James O'Brien said they want to replace the RA-US strategic dialogue with a strategic partnership commission, "What will make building our cooperation in greater depth possible."
O'Brien also referred to the dialogue between Armenia and Azerbaijan, noting: "We support efforts to establish lasting peace in the region. We are working to expand economic opportunities from Central Asia to the Mediterranean. If there is lasting peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan, these opportunities will be wider."
