The Prime Minister received the Director of the European External Action Service of the EU

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received Michael Siebert, Managing Director of the European Union External Action Service for Russia, Eastern Partnership, C, Central Asia, Regional Cooperation, and OSCE.

The Prime Minister emphasized the consistent development and expansion of Armenia-European Union cooperation and the effective implementation of the measures planned by the Bilateral agenda. Nikol Pashinyan emphasized the need to develop ties not only in the political, but also in the economic, technological, and tourism spheres. TThe Prime Minister emphasized the importance of the Armenia-EU-US high-level meeting held in Brussels on April 5 and the agreements' implementation.Mikhail Siebert, for his part, emphasized the EU's commitment and readiness to develop cooperation with Armenia. According to him, the EU will continue to actively contribute to the full implementation of the agenda for expanding relations with Armenia. Mikhail Sieb,ert, on behalf of the EU conveyed support for the victims of the floods in Lori and Tavush marzes of Armenia and also expressed readiness to provide the necessary assistance in rehabilitation works.

The interlocutors discussed issues related to the Armenia-EU partnership, the Eastern Partnership program, regional security, including the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace process.
