The Embassy of Armenia in Ukraine reported that an online meeting between the Ukrainian and RA Chambers of Commerce and Industry and business community representatives took place.
On the Armenian side, RA Ambassador to Ukraine Vladimir Karapetyan, President of the Yerevan Chamber of Commerce and Industry Andranik Aleksanyan, and Coordinator of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry for Ukraine Ara Marutyan participated. The Ukrainian side was represented by the Chamber's president, Gennady Chizhikov.
During the meeting, the key issues and prospects for developing economic cooperation between the two countries were discussed, taking into account the features caused by the war.
An agreement was reached to organize an extensive discussion in July with the participation of business people involved in the economic interaction between the two countries. The meeting was an essential step in strengthening economic ties and developing mutually beneficial cooperation between Armenia and Ukraine.
