Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan spoke with Russian President Vladimir Putin on the telephone. The Russian President congratulated the RA Prime Minister on his birthday.
Prime Minister Pashinyan thanked the President of the Russian Federation for his congratulations and best wishes and for instructing Russian Railways to restore the railway sections destroyed in the Lori region by the flood on May 25-26.
