"We are ready to support Azerbaijan and Armenia's efforts to ensure stable peace." Biden

The President of the United States of America, Joe Biden, sent a congratulatory letter to the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, on Azerbaijan's Independence Day.

"The United States reaffirms its support for Azerbaijan's independence, territorial integrity, and sovereignty. We welcome the steps taken by Azerbaijan and Armenia to ensure a stable and dignified peace, and we are ready to support these efforts.

We look forward to expanding our partnership and strengthening ties with the people of Azerbaijan," Biden said in the message.
