"I am deeply shocked by the news of the tragic helicopter accident." President
The President of the Republic, Vahagn Khachaturyan, sent a condolence telegram to the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Seyed Ali Khamenei; the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Seyed Ebrahim Raisi; the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hossein Amir Abdollahian; and other persons accompanying them.
The message says:
"Your Highness,
I am deeply shocked by the news of the tragic helicopter crash that killed the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Seyed Ebrahim Raisi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hossein Amir Abdollahian, and other dignitaries accompanying them.
I express my sincere condolences and support to you, the Iranian government, and the friendly people of Iran, wishing you patience and courage.
In this difficult hour, we share the grief and bitterness of the loss of the fraternal people of Iran.
Please accept, Your Highness, the assurance of my deep respect."
