"The border liberalization process will teach Armenia and Azerbaijan to live peacefully." prime minister

RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan delivered a speech at the opening of the 33rd annual conference of the Board of Governors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

He referred to Armenian-Azerbaijani relations, noting, "Armenia and Azerbaijan have agreed that the Alma-Ata declaration should be the basis of distinction between the two countries.

The border liberalization process should become one of the tools for teaching Armenia and Azerbaijan to live peacefully."
