OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Foreign Minister of Malta Ian Borg, responded to Radar Armenia's question by stating that Malta is transparent and honest in its presidency work.
"We will support Armenia and Azerbaijan so that they can reach a comprehensive and sustainable peace agreement. We are aware that both countries prefer to solve the issues bilaterally. OSCE supports it," he said.
