Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov are starting negotiations in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
Before the bilateral meeting, they were greeted by the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, Murat Nurtleu.
It is reported that the ministers will make a press statement later.
