Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that after going through all the disasters, they have reached a situation where they see a horizon, a perspective.
"Until recently, in 2018, my dominant feeling as the prime minister was the feeling of a dead end, when you can neither go forward nor back, right or left. Today, perhaps for the first time during my prime ministership, I consider that feeling overcome, and this is due to the recent demarcation processes because in 2018, when we were analyzing any scenario, I did not see the stop of the rotation of that negative wheel. Where will everything stop? Today, I see very clearly that our people must see the stopping point of that negative wheel. The painful details happening in the Voskepar-Kirants-Berkaber section, I say again: we started this conversation with the fact that there is no security guarantee, and now we are creating those guarantees. These guarantees are being created; these guarantees are active, and these guarantees will be effective. For the first time in the history of our recent period, we are making these decisions completely independently, with the logic of a sovereign decision, and we are creating these guarantees," he said.
