Nikol Pashinyan did not receive an invitation from the Russian President to participate in the inauguration

RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan referred to not attending the inauguration of Russian President Vladimir Putin. "I haven't received an invitation from the President of the Russian Federation, but today's conversation is no less important," he said.
Referring to the inauguration of the President of Turkey in this context, he said: "I received an invitation from the President of Turkey to participate in the inauguration, and, considering the specificity of our agenda, I participated."
