Issues related to Armenia-EU-US agreements were discussed

The RA MFA reported that on April 25, Deputy Foreign Minister Paruyr Hovhannisyan received Majority Party (Democratic) Clerk of the State Department and Foreign Programs Subcommittee of the US Senate Appropriations Committee Alex Carnes, Staff Expert Andrew Platt, and Paul Rademacher, Senior Advisor on Appropriations of the State Department's Bureau of Legislative Affairs. 

Appreciating the level of political dialogue between the two countries, the Deputy Minister referred to the Armenia-US bilateral agenda and prospective directions of cooperation.

Issues related to the assistance provided by the USA to Armenia and the agreements reached during the high-level joint meeting of Armenia, the EU, and the USA held in Brussels on April 5, 2024, were discussed.

The deputy foreign minister referred to the latest developments in the region, presenting the results of the state commission's meeting on the demarcation of the state border between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
