We commemorate the victims of the Armenian Genocide of 1915. Ambassador Decotigny

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to Armenia Olivier Decotigny wrote a note on the occasion of the 109th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.

"Today, on April 24, we commemorate the victims of the Armenian Genocide of 1915," he said in his post.
