In a conversation with journalists, Nikol Pashinyan referred to the statement of the border demarcation and demarcation commissions of Armenia and Azerbaijan.
"I wouldn't want us to overestimate what happened, but I wouldn't want us to underestimate it. It is essential to record that, for the first time, Armenia and Azerbaijan have resolved an issue around the table," said the Prime Minister.
