During the April 5 event, no military component was on the discussion table, RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan announced on public radio.
"Economic issues were discussed, the effectiveness of which will also lead to the stability of security components. Increasing RA's resistance eventually becomes a security confrontation," said the minister.
According to him, the statement that Armenia will have was discussed on April 5.
"In other words, there was no other component that we discussed; it did not work out. We did not go to bring NATO troops to Armenia, which did not happen now," Mirzoyan noted. He added that the tripartite meeting was an extremely important milestone in the context of deepening relations with the EU and the USA.
