"Expectations from the meeting should be proportionate." Vardanyan

Tsovinar Vardanyan, deputy of the KP faction of the National Assembly and chairman of the standing committee on financial, credit, and budgetary issues, referred to the tripartite meeting in Brussels. According to him, expectations from the meeting should be proportionate. "From the beginning, the meeting was planned to deepen economic cooperation and serve other possible perspectives on the development of Armenia's economy. Therefore, expectations should be formed accordingly."

Vardanyan also referred to the state and foreign debt, noting that when discussing that topic, one should not mention the absolute value but that the debt-GDP ratio is critical. "And the debt-GDP ratio in Armenia is about 40%, which is within the limits of the permissible threshold."
