The meeting at the level of leaders in Brussels on April 5 will push forward all the agenda issues discussed during this period, Armen Grigoryan, the Secretary of the RA Security Council, announced on the public air.
According to him, the issues on the agenda are mainly economic. "Regional issues will not be discussed in Brussels. All those rumors spread by Russia and Azerbaijan in order to create noise are exaggerated. Of course, from the political point of view, it is a very important meeting, which is treated with jealousy and negatively," said Grigoryan.
The Secretary of the Security Council also referred to the relations with Iran, stressing that we have a high level of mutual understanding with the neighboring country. "We highly value our relations. They are strategic, because we have been able to build strong relationships within the framework of open and honest conversation by having difficult discussions. We do not connect them with other countries."
According to Grigoryan, France is very sensitive to Armenia's security issues, and sometimes France's partners may not deeply understand the depth of dangers in the region and in Armenia.
"Therefore, criticism of France is irrelevant. "France ranks second in the world in terms of military industry exports, and we highly value all the weapons that we are going to buy or have already bought," he said.
The Secretary of the Security Council also noted that they are discussing with the EU and member states the reforms in the field of security implemented in Armenia. "We have a big agenda that we are pushing forward."
