"If there is a territory, there is citizenship; if there is no territory, there is no citizenship." Nikol Pashinyan (VIDEO)

RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan referred to one of the pillars of the state, the territory, in the series "Conversations about the State," noting that the existence of a state without territory is impossible.

According to him, citizenship is related to territory, "If there is territory, there is citizenship. If there is no territory, there is no citizenship, if we are talking about real, not mythical citizenship. Each territory has its own system of rights and responsibilities. Even universal rights are tied to territory."
