The EU observation mission monitored the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and reported that everything was calm; no unusual movement was observed.
The statement of the mission was shared by Toivo Klaar, the special representative of the European Union for the issues of the South Caucasus.
"It is nice to receive confirmation from the EU observers in Armenia that no unusual movement of military personnel has been observed.
This is the purpose of the mission: to provide greater transparency and build trust. We are open to more active interaction with the authorities of Azerbaijan," Klaar wrote on the X page.
