"The question of leaving the EAEU is not being discussed now." Maria Karapetyan, deputy of the "Civil Contract" faction of the National Assembly, said this today during parliamentary briefings, answering the question of what economic issues will be discussed on April 5 and whether Armenia can raise the issue of leaving the EAEU within this framework.
Karapetyan hopes that security and the regulation of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations will also be discussed on April 5.
Deputy Babken Tunyan also said that at the moment, Armenia is a member of the EAEU, fulfills its obligations, pays general customs duties, and receives its share. "Moreover, much less than we pay."
