RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan addressed the rights and responsibilities of citizens in the series "Conversations about the State."
According to him, right and duty are mirrors. "When there is a right to life, there is a duty not to kill or a duty to drive according to the rules so as not to endanger the lives of others. When there is a right to property, there is a duty not to steal, a duty not to damage someone else's property, in order to ensure the right to property," he said, adding that duties strengthen rights.
