"The most important factor of democracy is the citizen." Nikol Pashinyan (VIDEO)
Today, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia published the promised clip, "Conversations about the State-1.".
In the clip, he refers to the types of states and states that Armenia is a democracy.
"We are a democracy because of the 1991 referendum and the popular, non-violent, velvet revolution 2018. One of the key factors of democracy, if not the most key, is the citizen. It is also essential to understand how citizens are formed. This has to do with the relationship between human liberties and responsibilities."
According to the Prime Minister, anarchy can be faced by a person who has only freedom and no responsibilities. If a person has only responsibilities and no freedoms, then totalitarianism can be faced by a person who has only freedoms.
