"There is no agreement on maps between Armenia and Azerbaijan." prime minister

RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has stated that there is no agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan regarding the maps. "There is an agreement that RA and Azerbaijan recognize each other's territorial integrity based on the Alma Ata Declaration, and there is an understanding that a demarcation process should take place between Armenia and Azerbaijan, for which the Alma Ata Declaration should also be the political basis,"  he said in response to the question of Gegham Manukyan, deputy of the "Hayastan" faction.

According to him, demarcation based on the Alma Ata declaration means redefining the USSR's most recent, de jure, borders "on the ground." "That logic guides us."

Pashinyan also said he didn't convey any work information at the meeting with the residents of Voskepar and Kirants. "I spoke about Azerbaijan's positions, I spoke about publicly expressed positions."
