"Armenia is making efforts to normalize relations with Azerbaijan." Mirzoyan

Ararat Mirzoyan, Armenia's Minister of Foreign Affairs, emphasized the importance of exploring new opportunities for transport and logistics connections between Armenia and Kazakhstan.

"I presented our vision for the development of these new transport opportunities. Do you know about the "Crossroads of Peace"? We talked about it today. Logistical opportunities are based on respect for the sovereignty and jurisdiction of all countries, equality, and reciprocity," said Mirzoyan.

According to the minister, in the conversation with the Kazakh counterpart, they also touched upon the situation in the South Caucasus, the settlement of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan. "Once again, I had the opportunity to emphasize that RA is dedicated to the peace agenda and is making all constructive efforts to normalize relations with Azerbaijan as soon as possible, to sign an agreement based on mutual recognition of territorial integrity, and further demarcation of borders. The Alma Ata declaration of 1991 is key in these matters."
