"We are ready to be as close to the EU as the EU deems possible." Prime Minister (VIDEO)

RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan referred to the possibility of Armenia becoming a candidate for EU membership. "I stated during my speech at the Council of Europe that we are ready to be as close as the EU considers possible. Now we need to understand how much the EU will consider possible, and then draw conclusions. But it is also important what the people of Armenia will consider as possible," he said.
According to the Prime Minister, now relations with the EU are active. "I hope that in the near future we will have several decisions that will be an expression of strong relations."
